Pursuant to section 316 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under delegated authority, I give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Education (Licence Exempt Early Childhood Centres) Notice 2006.
2. This notice will come into effect on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. The following early childhood centres are exempt from the requirements to be licensed:
Counties Manukau Mobile Kindergarten
Hauraki Mobile Kindergarten
Hunterville Mobile Kindergarten
Lakeland Mobile Kindergarten
Marlborough Mobile Kindergarten
Waimate Mobile Kindergarten
4. This notice revokes and replaces the Early Childhood Centre Exempt From Licensing Notice 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 1991, No. 123, page 2662.
