Orders were made in the Dannevirke District Court on
9 February 2006, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1989 Mercedes Benz 190E, Registration No. WW1971.
Against: Koro Hori Pita.
1993 Mitsubishi Magna, Registration No. AUB989.
Against: Pania Raquel Kingi.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 374 4530) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
