Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004,
Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint
Donal Francis Curtin
as a member of the Commerce Commission (as established under the Commerce Act 1986) for a three-year term commencing on 21 December 2005 and expiring on
20 December 2008; and
Peter John Morgan Taylor
as a member of the Commerce Commission for a four-year term commencing on 1 February 2006 and expiring on
31 January 2010.
