Take notice that on the 27th day of September 2006, Bridgecorp Limited (formerly Bridgecorp Residential Limited and Bridgecorp Finance Limited), by virtue
of memorandum of mortgage 6389348.4 (Wellington Registry), of the property situated at 145 Homebush Road, Khandallah, Wellington, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 133865 (Wellington Registry), entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
The registered office of Bridgecorp Limited is at Level Eleven, HSBC House, 1 Queen Street, Auckland.
