to Dorchester Finance Limited (mortgagee):
Pursuant to section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952, notice is given as follows:
1. Dorchester Finance Limited is the mortgagee under mortgage M. 6393746.4, registered on the 22nd day of April 2005.
2. On the 21st day of April 2006 the mortgagee, under mortgage M. 6393746.4, entered into the mortgaged property, more particularly described below.
3. Communications relating to the mortgage property
