Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Simeon Management Limited, whose registered office is situated
at Christchurch, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that since the company has no surplus assets
after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation (being grounds for removal as contained in section 318 (2) (b) of the Act), the Registrar be requested to remove the company from the Register.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Christchurch by the 19th day of January 2007 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar must remove the company from the Register.
