Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the company is to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed and that the documents required by sections 257 (1) (a) and 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 20th day of December 2006, as the day on or before which any shareholder of
the company is to file with the Registrar an objection to the removal under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993.
