Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
The request to remove the company from the Register is made, under section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds, under section 318 (2) (a), that the company has ceased business.
Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993.
