Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it is intended, after the 14th day of December 2006, to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for
the removal of Millstream Finance Limited from the
New Zealand Register in connection with it becoming incorporated under the law in force in Guernsey.
