Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that Whiterock Construction Limited, having its registered office at Unit 11A, 80 Paul Matthews Road, Albany, North Shore City, be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has filed the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a).
Any objections to the removal of the company, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar by the 15th day of December 2006.
