Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
(“the Act”)
We, Brian Mayo-Smith and Stephen J. Tubbs, liquidators of Hercules Finance Investments Limited (in liquidation) and IFC Securities Limited (in liquidation), whose registered offices are situated at Level Eight, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed
with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 3rd day of February 2006.
