Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993
Registered Office: 35 Chancery Street, Auckland.
Pursuant to section 257 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is given that I intend to apply to the Registrar for the removal of the above-named companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidations have been completed and that the liquidator’s final reports have been filed with the Registrar.
Any objection to the removals, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 19th day of November 2006.
