Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register

I, Jonathan Wilgermein, liquidator of the above-named company, intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the company from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The removal of the company is on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies
Act 1993.
Any creditor or shareholder wishing to object to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must notify the Registrar of Companies prior to the 13th day of October 2006.
