Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Ngati Whatua o Orakei Tertiary Education Organisation Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of
the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than the 26th day of September 2006.
