Grounds for Removal: Documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) have been filed with the Companies Office.
Date for Objections to Removal: The liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of August 2006, as the final date by which any party may deliver to the Registrar a notice, under section 321, objecting to the intended removal from the Register.
