Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, liquidators of Homelease (NZ) Limited, Homelease (NZ) No.1 Limited and NZ Homelease (No.2) Limited (all in liquidation), whose registered offices are situated at Level Eight,
120 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from
the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 8th day of September 2006.
