I intend to remove the above?named company from the
New Zealand Register of Companies under section 293 (1) (c) (i) of the Companies Act 1955 (in its post-1 July 1994 form).
It is being wound up and I have reasonable cause to believe that no liquidator is acting.
Any person who wishes to object must do so on or before the 30th day of August 2006 (being not less than 28 days after the date of this notice).
