Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that Stanley Boyask, accountant of Auckland, being liquidator of B.E. & M.R. Castle Limited, intends to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Removal from the Register is requested on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, and has distributed all proceeds of realisation in accordance with its constitution and the Act, and is ready to be removed from the New Zealand Register.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of March 2006, as the day on or before which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of this Act, must be delivered to the Registrar, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
