Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register

The liquidator has completed the liquidations and the Registrar is required to remove the companies from
the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies
Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
Any objection to the removals must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 11th day of August 2006.
