Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register of Companies
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator that, in accordance with section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, Envirolink Laboratory Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at care of Ainger Tomlin Limited, AMI Building, First Floor, 116 Riccarton Road, Christchurch, will be removed from the Register of Companies due to the completion of the liquidation.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar before the 30th day of June 2006.
