Notice of Intention to Remove the Above named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Bruce Arthur Maclean, liquidator of Alan Morrissey Agencies Limited, intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the above named company from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that
the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act have been sent
to the Registrar.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 19th day of May 2006.
