Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)
We advise that Karcher (Pty) Limited, with its registered office at 12A Ron Driver Place, East Tamaki, Auckland, has made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341 of the Act, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its assets in accordance with the Act.
Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, pursuant to the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than the 13th day of July 2006 (being a date no less than three months after the date of this notice).
