Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Companies and Trust From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the
matter of Pooltech Construction Limited, Motor Vehicle Solutions Limited, Penrose Auto Imports Limited, KEG Limited and Jasper Waters Trust
(all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final reports
have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the companies and the trust from
the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removals, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 20th day of May 2006.
