Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following trust board ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
Kaipaki Un-Denominational Church Board of Trustees 210944 (16 November 1995).
With this publication such trust is revived from the date
of this dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
