Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Tyco Lambda hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from the 30th day of March 2007.
Tyco Lambda (New Zealand Branch) has operated as a branch of Tyco Lambda, Bermuda.
The activities of the New Zealand branch will cease as from the 30th day of March 2007, but this will not affect in any way any other activities of the Tyco group of companies, or the business of those companies, in New Zealand.
