Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Argo Loans Pty Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Victoria, Australia, and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993, as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 14th day of May 2006, or soon after that date.
