Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of October 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Valtra Tractors (A&NZ) Pty Limited cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
On the 21st day of January 2007, application will be made to remove the company from the Register.
