Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of September 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that New Zealand Picture Library Limited cease to carry on business in
New Zealand.
After the 21st day of December 2006, application will be made to remove the company from the Register.
