Take notice that Maersk Line UK Limited (formerly P & O Nedlloyd Limited) intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
A notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice, requesting that the company be removed from the Overseas Register of the New Zealand Companies Office.
