Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Mayne Pharma Limited hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it will cease
to carry on business in New Zealand as from a date being not less than three months from the date of this notice.
The New Zealand business of Mayne Pharma Limited will be taken over by Mayne Pharma (NZ) Limited, a wholly owned New Zealand subsidiary of Mayne Pharma Limited.
Mayne Pharma (NZ) Limited will continue to operate the business of Mayne Pharma Limited from its present location.
