Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named overseas company intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand from the 31st day of August 2006.
At the expiry of three months after the date of this public notice, notice will be given to the Registrar of Companies, stating the date at which the company ceased to carry on business in New Zealand, in order for the company to be removed from the Overseas Register.
