Future Electronics Inc. (Distribution) Pte Limited intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Future Electronics Inc. (Distribution) Pte Limited is an overseas company operating in New Zealand, registered on the Overseas Register maintained by the Companies Office.
In accordance with section 341 (1) of the Companies
Act 1993, the management of Future Electronics Inc. (Distribution) Pte Limited hereby gives public notice of
its intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The management of Future Electronics Inc. (Distribution) Pte Limited intend to file, with the Companies Office,
the necessary documentation to remove the company
from the Overseas Register on or after the 29th day of September 2006 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this public notice), in accordance with section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
