Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Vantage Systems Pty. Ltd.,
a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under section 336 (1), has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
It will, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
