Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
The above?named companies, registered on the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register, give notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that they ceased
to carry on business in New Zealand from the 31st day of December 2005.
Effective from that date, all activities of the above?named companies have been conducted through PLP Rack Technologies Limited at 65 Marsden Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington.
