Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Marplex Australia Pty Ltd (New Zealand branch), registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, that it ceased carrying on business in New Zealand on the 30th day of April 2005.
From the 1st day of May 2005, the Marplex business operated through Orica Chemnet New Zealand.
