Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A&R Whitcoulls Group Holdings Pty Limited, a company registered on the Overseas Register of the New Zealand Companies Office, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from the 12th day of April 2006.
The company’s debt securities will remain listed on the NZDX and the company will continue to be an issuer for
the purposes of the Financial Reporting Act 1993.
