Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that I.S.B.H. Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and registered on the Overseas Register of the New Zealand Companies Office, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand not less than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
