Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in
New Zealand
Star Advertising Pty Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 31st day of May 2006, or soon after that date.
