Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated the 12th day of April
2006 against West, David Blake, of 106 Solar Road, Glen Eden, Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 8th day of November 2006.
