Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated the 15th day of May 2006 against Bradley, Sandra, of 168 Pukemiku Road, Pahiatua, was annulled by order of the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 29th day of May 2006.
