Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated the 28th day of January 2004 against Shaw, Richard Frank, of Auckland, was annulled by order of the Auckland High Court, pursuant
to section 119 (1) (c) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with
effect from the 14th day of December 2005.
The order of adjudication dated the 12th day of October 2005 against Cowan, Nevano Taura, of Whenuapai, Auckland, was annulled by order of the Auckland High Court, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency
Act 1967, with effect from the 14th day of December 2005.
