Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The orders of adjudication dated the 18th day of August 2003 against McKenzie, Robert and McKenzie, Jan, both of Whakatane, were annulled by order of the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 6th day of March 2006.
The order of adjudication dated the 21st day of July 2004 against Chand, Raheshwar Rikash, of Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 25th day of January 2006.
