Take notice that on the 8th day of November 2005, an application for putting Strong Automotive 2003 Limited into liquidation by the Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of March 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
