Take notice that on the 17th day of October 2006, an application for putting An Ying Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed at the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 1st day of February 2007 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is An Ying International Financial Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Anthony Liew, Barrister & Solicitor, 31 Wirihana Road, Titirangi, Auckland.
