Take notice that on the 20th day of November 2006, an application for putting B C and P Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Tuesday, the 30th day of January 2007
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tirohanga Group Limited, whose address for service is McCaw Lewis Chapman, One on London,
1 London Street, Hamilton.
