Take notice that on the 20th day of September 2006, an application for putting Silverdale Motors 1999 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 25th day of January 2007
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Simon John Eisdell Moore, Crown Solicitor, at the offices of Meredith Connell, Level Seventeen, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street (P.O.
