Take notice that on Wednesday, the 22nd day of November 2006, an application for putting Bacchid Benevolency Limited (trading as Shadows Bar) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 15th day of March 2007
