Take notice that on the 20th day of September 2006, an application for putting Manukau Food Court Limited
into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, the 19th day of December 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is SL Manukau Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Thomas Dewar Sziranyi
