Take notice that on the 14th day of November 2005, an application for putting Rhythm Entertainment Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 23rd day of February 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
