Take notice that on the 2nd day of November 2006, an application for putting Team Abundance New Zealand Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 22nd day of February 2007
at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
